This butter is made by adding cultures to fresh almond cream and let it ferment for 24 hours. A process which gives our butter a luscious body and silky texture. It also creates this noticeable tart and subtle sweet flavor. It is then mixed with a meticulous blend of cold press virgin coconut oil and olive oil then lightly salted with local unrefined sea salt. Resulting in this magical butter that is meltable, spreadable and actually tastes incredible!
