All orders are shipped using Black Cat overnight cold delivery service.
Shipping is free when you order is above NT$2,000. If your order is less than this, the delivery charge is NT$180
Orders are processed every Wednesday and usually arrives at its destination overnight. In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort is be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly. Please note that we don’t dispatch on Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays.
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.
The carrier will attempt 3 deliveries before returning the item back to us. Items returned will not be shipped again and we will treat the order as completed. No refunds will be made.
We don’t offer international shipping from our online shop. However, if you’re overseas and would really like some of our products get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you out. You can email us at orders@moonlabfoods.com

We’re unable to accept returns for food items, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the order (eg. missing item or wrong items) or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will replace it as quickly as possible.
